If you need to file a claim for loss, damage, delay
or overcharges, please make sure you have taken the
steps required to file an online claim.
Step one
Copies of
Bill
of Lading (click to view example) and
Inventory
sheets (click to View example) MUST be scanned to
your computer. We suggest you save it in a new folder
and name it
Claim. The scanned
documents will need to be uploaded to our website with
the completion of your claim form.
Step two
If claiming damages, you must take photos of the
damaged items. If using a digital camera you should use
the same folder you named Claim to save
your photos. If not using digital camera you may scan
your photos the same way you did with the documents
required for your claim.
Please Note: If you need to zoom-in to show
the damage take an extra photo of the whole item to show
the size of it.
