What it costs
The annual arbitration program fee is only $225. This low price is unprecedented in the industry and reflects CSI’s customer service values. You may discontinue this automatically renewed program at any time. Cancellation details are spelled out in simple language in the contract.
How it works
When a customer demands compensation for lost or damaged goods, you refer the customer to us to file a claim. If a settlement cannot be reached through the claims process, we will direct the customer, with the proper guidance, to file for arbitration. Important note: We are determined to successfully settle each and every claim because it is impossible to predict the outcome of unappealable arbitration.
