Claims & Arbitration Service

We handle AMSA, BBB, DOT and all Public Utilities complaints, Credit Card Disputes, Insurance Claims, International / Interstate / Intrastate and Local Move claims, Full Value Claims, and Property Damage Claims. We make sure to keep your records with the different entities a “Satisfactory” one.
When handling insurance claims or Full Value Protection claims CSI assigns certified furniture restoration professionals to determine whether damages are transit related and to asses the costs to repair or replace the damaged items.CSI has been offering different options for Arbitration Programs to suite your needs. The Arbitration is not conducted by CSI, but by a third party provider as required by law. However, the providers are carefully chosen by CSI and are the leading providers in our industry. When settlements can not be reached, arbitration must be offered to customers as the next option. CSI represents carriers when arbitration is required and filed by the customer.Customer Service: CSI customer service representatives are dedicated to assisting customers with properly filing their claims, as it is our top priority to treat customers with the utmost respect and allow them to resolve all their concerns with a trust worthy and courteous process.

Dispute Process: CSI provides customers with the option to dispute their claim resolution and allow them to better support their claim initially filed for a more satisfying and just resolution. All disputes are reviewed by a CSI senior adjuster.

We keep all records and transactions for each and every type of claim for a period of three (3) years after a claim has been closed beyond the time required by Federal Law.

CSI’s Online System

We now offer a variety of services as well as our online system which was designed with both carriers and their customers in mind. The online system allows carriers to closely monitor the progress of their customers claims for quality assurance. This allows instant reports for DOT audits, and a payment follow up system for timely resolution of claims settled. It offers carriers the most transparency ever offered by any third party claims service until now. It is our goal to allow the involvement of carriers in their customers claims as we feel that such options are the key to achieving successful resolutions to urgent matters, as claims always are. This system is designed to keep our process quick and efficient, as well as ensuring proper documentation, while allowing carriers a live detailed review.
