$250.00Description Arbitration Shield is an alternative dispute resolution for interstate household goods claims when a settlement through the standard claims process cannot reached. What is Included The service includes the arbitration user guide which you will provide to your customers at time of pickup; an informal written hearing conducted by a neutral TAB arbitrator. How much does it cost? $250/Year CSI charges a one time fee of $250.00. Once a request for arbitration has been made by your customer an additional administrative fee will be charged by TAB and will be split between you and your customer based on the total amount of the claim in dispute. TAB's low fees are available on the Arbitration Shield Carrier Guide. With CSI you are always covered, as our Arbitration Shield membership is automatically renewed annually. Canceling is also easy, just send us an email and we will not renew your certificate at the date when renewal is due.Accessorial & Post Contract Services
